Swedish SEO Company PWNED

Posted by

This video shows some great examples of what NOT to do with black hat SEO nowadays. This company creates doorway pages from the same template (footprint!) and they engage in hidden text, the stupid way, by just making the text the same color as the background. Watch as this video creator exposes the amateurish “black hat” SEO company:

Apparently, it really takes some class and style to “break the rules” of SEO nowadays. Stick with what I recommend on this blog, and what you see the guys doing on the blogs I link to. DON’T be the next loser to get PWNED like these guys did.

What Is Black Hole SEO?

Posted by

Here’s Black Hold SEO in reader’s digest terms:

1. Google takes away your link juice if you link off your site, so no outgoing links.
2. Get as many links to your site as possible from authority sites, sucking in all the link juice possible.

Here’s a couple of trusted black hatter blog posts that have more to share about black hole SEO:

Black Hole Seo

Notice how everything goes in: nothing comes out.

Google favors these kinds of sites. Sites that link off to others are quickly being outranked by those that don’t link. How does this work to your advantage?

Get all the links you can, as fast as you can, however you can.

How? Here’s one suggestion:

1. Sign up to as many social bookmarking sites as possible.
2. Create 10, 20, 500 accounts on each site. The sky is the limit.
3. Link to the pages of your sites from the accounts.

Get more and more and constantly more links. It’s really the best way to outrank.

Google has their own set of rules for webmasters when it comes to search engine optimization. I quote from the official published document:

Quality guidelines – basic principles

* Make pages primarily for users, not for search engines. Don’t deceive your users or present different content to search engines than you display to users, which is commonly referred to as “cloaking.”
* Avoid tricks intended to improve search engine rankings. A good rule of thumb is whether you’d feel comfortable explaining what you’ve done to a website that competes with you. Another useful test is to ask, “Does this help my users? Would I do this if search engines didn’t exist?”
* Don’t participate in link schemes designed to increase your site’s ranking or PageRank. In particular, avoid links to web spammers or “bad neighborhoods” on the web, as your own ranking may be affected adversely by those links.
* Don’t use unauthorized computer programs to submit pages, check rankings, etc. Such programs consume computing resources and violate our Terms of Service. Google does not recommend the use of products such as WebPosition Gold

This site serves as a source of truth regarding tools, products, and services of interest to marketers who use “black hat” tactics.
