This is a great site where you can instantly find a FREE, fast proxy service for anonymous surfing, downloading or any blackhat techniques that do not require Java.   It has a list of over 25 different proxy sites to use.  Don’t be lazy and just click on the first one (like most people)  )I have actually found that the ones near the bottom tend to be faster.  I use these to check out a site or for downloading from Rapidshare, Mediashare or others.
